1. Who we are

Quantimental Capital Research (“QMCR”, “we”) is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices. 2. Information we collect

• Details you submit through our sign-up / contact forms: name, email address, mobile number, and your WhatsApp / Telegram opt-in preference.
• Usage & device data (first-party analytics): to understand how the site is used and to improve it, we collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, and clicks on links and buttons — together with technical details such as device type, screen/viewport size, browser language, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived from. We also derive your approximate country from your IP address at our infrastructure edge; we do not store your full IP address. This analytics data is first-party (held in our own systems, not sold or shared for advertising) and is not linked to your identity unless you also submit a form. We use anonymous identifiers stored in your browser’s local storage (not advertising cookies) to recognise sessions and returning visits.
• We do not collect trading account credentials, passwords or OTPs, and you should never share these with us or anyone else.

3. How we use it (purpose limitation)

• To contact you about our research services and updates, by email, phone and — only if you opt in — WhatsApp and/or Telegram.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• We use your information only for these purposes and do not sell it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with categories of service providers who help us operate — for example email/messaging providers, website hosting and infrastructure, and analytics — under appropriate confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary, or where required by law or by SEBI / regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

5. Consent & your rights

• We collect and use your information on the basis of the consent you provide when you submit a form. WhatsApp and Telegram messaging is sent only if you explicitly opt in; phone/SMS only if you provide your mobile number.
• You have the right to access, correct, delete your personal information and to withdraw consent at any time — subject to any record-retention we are required to maintain under law or SEBI regulations.
• To unsubscribe from updates, email support@qmcr.in. For data access / correction / deletion / consent-withdrawal requests, email compliance@qmcr.in.

6. Retention & security

We retain your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where we are required to retain records under applicable law or SEBI regulations. We review retained data periodically and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
